Boots have been around for a long time ever since back in the olden times of America where fashion was a little outdated for us these days. Despite the differences, boots did exist for both men and women in the style because these special type of footwear could have literally be have been paired with any articles of clothing. It should become a known fact because the purpose of boots is to make an outfit look well-put together without exerting too much effort or any funds to buy them. In modern times, they are new styles and materials that are used to create boots and, according to the sale numbers, these new trends are making the top of the charts! There are even three different lengths that are special for boots: knee-length, mid-thigh, and short to the ankle. The length of these boots do matter the most because it will determine if your outfit works or deserves to be fired. The closer the boot is to the knee, the more covered up your body will be. People are constantly evolving everyday because they follow the amount of time that progresses on throughout their lifetimes. What people wear also changes through time because society sets up the sort of “rules” that men and women should be wearing in order to fit in. The clothes that we wear send a message to whoever encounters your look and instantly they interpret what that message could be. For example, a human being who wears tons of piercings, hard metal band T-shirts, and leather jacket or boots will come off as a punk. Those who wear the white button-down shirts, plaid vests, and khakis will be assumed to be a student at a single gender Catholic school. The judging will never stop but that does not mean you have to obey every single persons’ interpretation of your character. You have the inner potential to be the rebel, the stand-out, the only one who all will consider unique. A person has two choices: to follow the trends or to have others follow you. Being the class president does not mean you do not have the qualities of being a leader…in clothing.

Some people are afraid of change to happen, so they blame the people who think was the cause of that change. Well guess what? It is finally time to go up to their faces and tell them to accept that change is happening all around us, and they can do nothing to prevent change. That is what we can all do with our clothing. In schools, you can pretty much tell where every girl and boy buys their clothing because they all look exactly the same! It’s like there is an unwritten uniform code for all high school students. You walk around the halls seeing the same exact clothes in the stores because they think following trends will have people accept you, but not who you are inside. None of these people who claim to be your “friends” are looking at your personality or interests; they are looking at your clothing and accessories. There is nothing wrong with shopping these stores because they do have the nicest clothing but you should not judge what clothing to buy based on other people. We all have individual styles, which is why we are all called individuals separately, not together. Not everyone is going to like your style and may even reject it, yet they are the ones who should be rejecting themselves. Your clothing should not constrict or irritate every time you walk. They shouldn’t be tight at the neck or crush your lungs. Clothing must glorify who you are inside that way people can get to know you better. How can a person start a conversation with you if they do not know what to talk about? On the other hand, the only one you should be impressing is yourself. Deep in your heart, you possess the true answers of what makes you unique! Maybe when you show your uniqueness, you will inspire others to stop following others like a puppet without you even knowing it.

Spring has come in full bloom and we all know what that means, right? It means a fashion change where the clothes you think are in become old news and we move on to the next top trends of the season! Now, I want to speak to all the gentlemen out there about wearing colors that will make you look not straight. First of all, no color can ever take away or chance your manliness or your sexuality; it is pretty much impossible. If you have more of a pale skin, wearing more of the warm colors will really compliment your complexion nicely such as red, orange, and pink.
